1. Booking & Payment
Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be made through our website or customer service. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or SMS.
Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, PayPal, or cash upon completion of the service.
Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees. Any additional charges, such as for extra luggage or special requests, will be communicated to you during the booking process.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations: You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer without incurring a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total fare.
Refunds: Refunds are provided for cancellations made as per our policy. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
3. Services & Responsibilities
Service Availability: We aim to provide prompt and reliable airport transfers. However, we are not responsible for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather conditions, or flight delays.
Passenger Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they are at the pick-up point on time. Arihant Taxi Service will not be held liable for missed flights or connections due to passenger delays.
4. Changes to Your Booking
If you wish to change your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled transfer, subject to availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
Arihant Taxi Service is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the transfer. We will make every effort to ensure your safety and comfort, but we are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
